Our property will inspire you to create an unforgettable wedding with family and friends and you will have a lifetime of memories to treasure in these beautiful, quiet surroundings. Weddings at Bewong River Retreat give couples the opportunity to exclusively book accommodation and the venue for their wedding celebration. Our packages include 3 days / 2 nights in our totally private venue. We also host mid week Weddings, Micro Weddings and elopements.

Ceremony
You can choose to have your ceremony with the gorgeous Bewong River as your backdrop or anywhere on our property.
Reception
Have your reception taken care of in our large function room with permanent marquee, set amongst rolling lawns with the perfect bush outlook, this creates the perfect wedding venue for your special day. Our reception area is fully equipped with everything you need, from tables and chairs, crockery and glassware, to linen and catering equipment. All you need to add is great food, great people, some bubbly and a few personal touches to make this venue truly yours!
What’s Included
Included in our Weekend / Weekday / Micro Weddings packages is the following:
A “Wedstival” – 3 days / 2 nights at the property – so you can hang with your nearest and dearest
WEEKEND – Check in from 12pm on Friday, check out 2pm Sunday
WEEKDAY – Tues check in / Wednesday Wedding Day / Thursday checkout
Onsite Spa bungalow accommodation for up to 36 guests + camping options (potentially around 50 onsite)
BYO Alcohol and Catering – from food trucks, canapés to shared plate, sit down menus
You can DIY, or we have onsite styling and prop hire available
Fully equipped reception room which can accommodate up to 100 guests seated, with caterers kitchen, bar area, luxury toilets and firepit area
