At Bewong River Retreat on the South Coast of Nsw Australia
there are nine magnificent fully self contained
luxury Bungalows, each with a unique interior decor and theme with views of the South Coasts pristine bush.
The turquoise and aqua's of the Bottlebrush Bungalow accomodation was inspired by the crystal
clear waters of nearby Jervis
Bay on the New South Wales South Coast which has beautiful,
white, sandy beaches
and near the breathtaking
scenery of The Kangaroo Valley.
The earthy aboriginal colours and traditional feel of the Wattle Bungalow accomodation
has its inspiration from the native hunters who passed through the NSW South Coast area
and left spear sharpening
marks in rocks, as they prepared to hunt and fish in the bush and
waterways surrounding the Bungalows, which can now be enjoyed by all for fishing, swimming, bushwalking and boating. While still enjoying 4 and a half star accomodation on the South Coast.
We have three new deluxe bungalow and cabins style accomodation, the Ironbark with an internal Rock Cave theme and the Spotted Gum
with a nautical theme, perfect for the boating enthusiast.
Each luxury Bungalow style accomodation is just a short stroll to the lush grass covered banks
of the South Coasts Bewong River where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, go boating or throw in a line.

Our Bungalow accomodations bedroom is framed by a large, open, angled, wooden doorway and the large queen size
bed is the focal point of each bungalow. The openness of the bedroom
creates a unique inviting feeling that allows a couple to have total
intimacy, yet, still feel immersed in the surrounding natural bushland beauty of the South Coast.

The spacious tiled bathroom has a high quality vanity basin and mirror,
with an exhaust fan, heating and toilet. Each en suit features a huge
double shower with two sets of taps and shower heads with plenty of
room to move about.

Polished South Coast timber floors with large windows produce an open natural ambience
to the accomodations main living area. The high raked ceilings, fans and air-conditioning
and views through the native gum trees to the Bewong River, make it a perfect
escape from the hot summer sun.
Enjoy a relaxing spa together, with window views that make you feel totally absorbed into the surrounding bushlands natural beauty. Or close off the outside, turn on the spa lights and enjoy a special moment together in a luxurious, romantic setting.

The contemporary, quality appliances and tiled floor in each Bungalow accomodations
spacious kitchen will tempt you to use your culinary skills during your
stay at the South Coasts Bewong River Retreat.
The kitchen features colour coordinated cupboards and bench tops each
with a breakfast bar, new gas cook top, an electric oven with a range hood
and a separate microwave oven as well as a stainless steel sink with
flick mixer taps.
All our Bungalow accomodation includes a toaster, cutlery, plates, cups and wine glasses and all the other kitchen and barbecue implements you will need
on your stay. Provided in our Bungalow accomodation is a fridge/freezer with milk, tea,
coffee and sugar supplied.

Each Bungalow accomodation has it's own large outside deck area off the main living room,
where you can enjoy the tranquil South Coast bush and water views while savoring
an evening barbecue with a nice local Kangaroo Valley wine perhaps or a well deserved beer.
Why not try an intimate, late morning champagne breakfast accompanied
by the soothing sounds of the Australian bush.

Our deluxe bungalow accomodation features a theme around the spa and bedroom and
includes all the features of our standard bungalows plus a dvd, robes,
superior kitchen appliances and double basins in the bathroom.
