Tariffs are current as per listing and are
subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase,
bookings made and confirmed (by payment of deposit) will be honored
at the prevailing tariff. No responsibility is accepted for errors
and omissions within this web site.
Check In & Check Out Times
Tenancy commences at 2pm on the day of arrival and Check Out
is strictly 10am on day of departure.
Bookings
All bookings require a holding deposit of 50% of the total value
of your accommodation at the time of booking. If the deposit is
not received within 7 days of the tentative phone, email or fax
booking we reserve the right to take another deposit without further
reference.
The balance is payable upon arrival by cash,Bank
Cheque or Credit Card.
All forward deposits are accepted on behalf
of the present owner. Should ownership change, we cannot accept
responsibility for arrangements or decisions by the new owners.
All reservations remain subject to approval by the owner of the
property booked.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is made by either party 60 days prior to the
commencement of booking then the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 60 days
before the commencement of the booking the deposit will be forfeited
if the bungalow cannot be re let for the reserved time. A service
fee of 10% of one weeks rent will be charged to the person canceling
the booking.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior
to the commencement of the booking date, there will be no entitlement
to a refund.
